Welcome to fusionData.app (the "Service"), operated by fusionData.app ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
1. Description of Service
fusionData.app is an AI-powered platform that translates natural language questions into validated Oracle SQL queries for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP environments. The Service provides schema intelligence, query generation, and related tools designed for business analysts, consultants, and technical users working with Oracle Fusion data.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Account Registration
To access the Service, you must create an account by providing your full name, email address, company name, and job role. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete registration information
- Maintaining the security of your account access (including one-time passwords sent to your email)
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Service to generate queries intended to damage, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to any database or system
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying models, algorithms, or proprietary logic of the Service
- Share your account credentials or allow others to access your account
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools to access the Service beyond its intended interface
- Submit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
- Circumvent any usage limits, rate limits, or access controls implemented by the Service
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or its output without our prior written consent
5. AI-Generated Output
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate SQL queries based on your natural language input and Oracle Fusion schema metadata. You acknowledge and agree that:
- No guarantee of accuracy. While we strive for high accuracy, AI-generated SQL queries may contain errors, reference incorrect columns, or produce unexpected results. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating any query before executing it against a production database.
- Not a substitute for professional judgment. The Service is a productivity tool, not a replacement for database expertise. Complex queries should be reviewed by a qualified database administrator or developer.
- Read-only intent. The Service is designed to generate SELECT queries only. We do not generate INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE, or DDL statements. However, you are responsible for verifying that any query you execute does not modify data.
6. Intellectual Property
Our IP. The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, schema intelligence, prompt engineering, and documentation, is the intellectual property of fusionData.app and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as described herein.
Your Content. You retain ownership of the natural language questions you submit. By submitting content to the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your input for the purpose of providing the Service and improving query accuracy.
Generated SQL. SQL queries generated by the Service are provided for your use. You may use, modify, and execute generated queries within your organization without restriction.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Usage Limits and Fair Use
We may impose limits on the number of queries, API calls, or other usage metrics to ensure fair access for all users. Current usage limits are communicated within the Service interface. We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time. Excessive or abusive usage may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account.
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from service interruptions.
10. Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY SQL QUERIES GENERATED WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PURPOSES.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FUSIONDATA.APP, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless fusionData.app and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, may notify you via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and fusionData.app regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
