fusionData.app ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website and services at fusionData.app (the "Service"). Please read this policy carefully.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information. When you create an account, we collect your full name, email address, company name, and job role. This information is required to provision your account and personalize the Service.
Usage Data. We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including the natural language questions you submit, the SQL queries generated, timestamps, and general usage patterns. This data is used to improve query accuracy and service quality.
Technical Data. We may collect your IP address, browser type, device information, and referring URL when you access the Service. This data helps us maintain security and diagnose technical issues.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
- Authenticate your identity and manage your account
- Generate and validate SQL queries in response to your questions
- Improve the accuracy of our AI-powered query generation
- Send transactional emails such as one-time passwords (OTPs) for authentication
- Monitor usage patterns to prevent abuse and ensure fair access
- Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
3. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Usage data, including query history, is retained to improve the Service and may be anonymized for analytical purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data only in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers. We use third-party services to operate the platform, including OpenAI for AI-powered SQL generation, Resend for transactional email delivery, and cloud infrastructure providers for hosting. These providers process data solely on our behalf and are contractually obligated to protect it.
- Legal Requirements. We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
- Business Transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
5. AI and Query Processing
When you submit a natural language question, it is processed by our AI engine to generate Oracle SQL queries. Your questions are sent to OpenAI's API for language model processing. We do not use your queries to train third-party AI models. OpenAI's data usage policies apply to data processed through their API; as of our last review, OpenAI does not use API inputs for model training.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:
- Encrypted data transmission (TLS/HTTPS)
- Passwordless authentication via one-time passwords to eliminate credential-based attacks
- Role-based access controls within the platform
- Regular security reviews of our infrastructure and codebase
While we strive to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your account and personal data
